よくある質問

入場券を買ったのに入れない: 1回券は、買ったその日（日本時間）のうちだけ有効です。日付が変わると新しい券が必要です。ログインせずに買った券は、買った端末・ブラウザでだけ使えます。別の端末で使うには、買う前にログインしてください。
アプリはどこで入手できますか: iPhone・iPad は App Store から（無料。アプリ内の1回券は250円）。Android アプリは準備中です。
iOS / Android アプリで買った券は Web でも使えますか: ログインしていれば、同じアカウントで Web からも入れます。
支払いの領収書: Web 版は決済会社（Stripe）からメールで、iOS アプリは Apple から、Android アプリは Google Play から届きます。
返金: Web 版の購入は、法令及び利用規約に定める場合を除き、お受けしていません。不具合で利用できなかった場合は上記のメールへご連絡ください。当社が返金する場合は、お支払いに使われた方法へ Stripe を通じて返金します。iOS アプリの購入は Apple の「問題を報告」から Apple に、Android アプリの購入は Google Play の注文履歴から Google にお申し出ください。
アカウントの削除（aqua − バーチャル水族館）: アプリまたは Web で Google / Apple のアカウントでログインし、画面右上のアカウントのボタン → 入場券ホルダーのいちばん下の「アカウントを削除する」→「削除する」で、いつでも削除できます。削除すると、アカウント（名前・メールアドレス・ログインの連携）、入場券の記録、招待した部屋の記録がすぐに消えます。残るのは、決済会社（Stripe / Apple / Google）に残る支払いの記録と、二重発行を防ぐための支払いの番号（支払いから30日で消えます）だけです。アプリを削除してもアカウントは消えないので、必要なら先にこの操作をしてください。ログインできない場合は、上のメールアドレスへご連絡ください。
動作環境: iOS 16 以降の Safari、最近の Chrome・Firefox・Edge。iOS アプリは iOS 16 以降、Android アプリは Android 7 以降。端末によってはなめらかに動かないことがあります。

I bought a ticket but cannot go in: A single ticket is valid on the day it is bought (Japan time). A ticket bought without signing in works only on that device; sign in before buying to use it elsewhere.
Where can I get the app?: For iPhone and iPad, from the App Store (free; a single ticket in the app is 250 yen). The Android app is coming soon.
Can a ticket bought in the iOS or Android app be used on the web?: Yes, if you are signed in with the same account.
Receipts: For the web, the payment company (Stripe) emails one; for the iOS app it comes from Apple, and for the Android app from Google Play.
Refunds: Web purchases are not refundable except where the law or the Terms of Use provide otherwise; if a fault kept you out, write to us. Where we make a refund, it goes back through Stripe to the payment method used. For purchases in the iOS app, use Apple’s “Report a Problem”; for the Android app, use your Google Play order history.
Deleting your account (aqua − Virtual Aquarium): Sign in with Google or Apple in the app or on the web, open the account button at the top right, and at the bottom of the ticket holder choose “Delete account” → “Delete”. Your account (name, email address, sign-in link), your tickets and the rooms you opened are removed at once. What remains is the payment record held by the payment provider (Stripe / Apple / Google) and the payment reference kept to prevent double issue, which is erased 30 days after payment. Uninstalling the app does not delete the account. If you cannot sign in, write to the address above.
System requirements: Safari on iOS 16 or later, or a recent Chrome, Firefox or Edge. The iOS app needs iOS 16 or later, the Android app Android 7 or later. Some devices may not run it smoothly.
